Sorry but there is no happy customer here. I ordered a size 12, you sent me a size 10. I then look to return it only to find out that the return postage cost is on me. That’s enough for me to not want an exchange but rather a refund. Posted and paid for it today and on its way back to you.

We are so sorry to hear that you were sent the wrong size shirt. Mistakes very occasionally do happen through human error and we can only apologise. You only had to email and we would, of course, have sent you a pre-paid returns label and either refunded you or sent out the correct size. There is no way that we would've expected you to pay for our error. Please do always contact customer service in the first instance as we will always do our best to help and rectify a situation. I recently purchased the Piper shirt and am really happy that I did so. I am delighted with the fit of the shirt, the detailing in the sleeves and collar is excellent and the fabric feels very luxurious. It’s a very comfortable piece to wear for a long time too- I recently wore it to a dance performance in a theatre and felt super comfortable all of the time.
It can be a casual item or dressed up and who doesn’t love something versatile!
