Delivery and Returns
Standard postage and packing within the UK is for delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will attempt to send out orders within 2-3 working days. This may may change during busy times.
If you've purchased a pre-order item along with other products, then the order will be dispatched when the pre-order item is in stock. This is to avoid the economic and environmental waste of two separate deliveries.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.
If it hasn't arrived within a week of you receiving your dispatch email, please email me at email@example.com.
For international delivery, parcels are either sent tracked via Royal Mail and then your local postal service or sent by UPS or DPD depending on cost.
The customer is liable for any customs/government charges that may occur on arrival. Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Please do not spray perfume or wear perfume when trying on clothes. If returned clothes smell strongly of perfume, I will not be able to accept them. Slippers must still have the string tying them together. Returns that do not meet this policy or arrive after the 14-day period will be sent back. I am not responsible for shipping costs.
In line with industry standards I can’t offer refunds on earrings, ear cuffs, hand lotion, hand soap or body wash for hygiene reasons.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due. This may change during busy periods.
Please post your items with the original invoice or a note with your name/order number to Wardrobe 44, PO Box 1061, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 9XA. Do not use Parcelforce or another courier service as they are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Wardrobe 44 makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, from time to time, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to correct any error made as quickly as possible.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact me at email@example.com and provide evidence of the damage. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
