Delivery and Returns

UK DELIVERY

Standard postage and packing within the UK is for delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £4. We will attempt to dispatch orders within 1-2 day. This may may change during busy times. Tracked48 is a Royal Mail service and aims to have the parcel to you within 48 hours. This, however, is a guideline, so sometimes parcels take longer.

Next Day Special Delivery is available if ordered before 12pm.

IMPORTANT: If you've purchased a pre-order item along with other products, then the order will be dispatched when the pre-order item is in stock. This is to avoid the economic and environmental waste of two separate deliveries.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For international delivery, parcels are either sent tracked via Royal Mail and then your local postal service or sent by UPS or DPD depending on cost.

The customer is liable for any customs/government charges that may occur on arrival. Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer an exchange (UK only) or refund within 14 days of receipt provided that the item is returned in its original condition. Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume, smoke or food etc. 

Returns that do not meet this policy or arrive after the 14-day period will be sent back. We are a very small business specialising in small runs and would appreciate it if you could please honour this. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange after this time period. 

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

In line with industry standards we can’t offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons. 

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due. This may change during busy periods.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for U.K. customers looking to exchange a garment for a different size. Unfortunately, we can't exchange a garment for a completely different item. If you'd like to do this, you will need to place a new order.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Wardrobe 44 makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, from time to time, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.

If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at hello@wardrobe44.com and we will endeavour to correct any error made as quickly as possible.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact me at hello@wardrobe44.com and provide evidence of the damage. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
