AUTUMN COLOUR TRENDS

Feeling Autumnal? Whether you're ready to embrace the new fashion season or you're just keeping an eye on things until the leaves properly start to fall, there's no escaping the new colours on the sartorial horizon. Autumn '25 is all about gorgeous rich neutrals such as chocolate brown and deep navy, alongside beautiful caramels, dusky pinks and vibrant reds...

Brown is the new black

Brown has been a colour of the year ever since Pantone declared that Mocha Mousse was the shade for 2025 and now, the seasons have caught up. With the leaves on the trees slowly changing and the nights drawing in, brown feels unmistakably grown up, luxurious and so right for now. Chocolate, caramel and toffee enjoy a comforting feel and have joined mocha as trending shades this season. The good news is that they're all incredibly versatile and so easy to wear. Softer than black and so easy to wear with wardrobe staples that you probably already ow, brown will fit seamlessly into your life.

Make brown feel fresh by combining it with colours such as cornflower blue, rose pink and white, leopard print or embrace a tonal palette of different shades.

Berry Nice

To paraphrase Miranda Priestley, 'Berry for Fall? Groundbreaking....', but rich, decadent berry and burgundy are so right at this time of year. Just like caramel and chocolate, berry has depth and warmth, and feels both luxurious and elegant to wear. Berry adds a subtle splash of colour to your outfit, allowing you to make a statement, but in a low key way. The perfect shade for people who want to look as if they're in the know, without being a fashion victim, berry is an Autumnal style essential. If berry just isn't for you, go for red, the perfect pick me up on grey Autumnal days.

Other colours you'll see this Autumn....

As well as the above (and the always-in-style blacks, creams and neutrals), dusky pink and navy are trending this season. Easy-to-wear shades that pair perfectly with denim and stronger colours such as green, red and blue.
