HOW TO WEAR RED

Dopamine dressing really is a thing, so don't be scared of adding a pop of colour to your wardrobe. What you wear can really affect your mood, so rather than reach for fail-safe muted tones, be a

little braver in your fashion choices and try ruby red. It's a myth that only a few people can wear red as it's a colour that not only suits a lot of people, but will also make you feel great.

ORLA KNIT, £75

The mohair-blend Orla knit is a super-soft hug of a jumper with pleasing elongated cuffs and a gentle balloon sleeve.

red is a statement, so the rest of your outfit can be low-key.

The great thing about red is that it is the statement, so the rest of your outfit can be low-key. Wear red with your favourite pair of jeans, a beaten up pair

of trainers or, in the spring, sandals and you'll look great. Red is also the perfect partner for faux leather trousers and leopard print.

STYLING A RED KNIT

Wear it on its own over a tee or layer it over a shirt with the collar and cuffs poking out. You could also tie a scarf at the neck - leopard is an excellent choice.

Red looks great with a navy or khaki satin skirt or dress up with faux leather trousers. You can't go wrong with red. It's a confident, happy vibe.
